SPOT WELDING MACHINE

SPOT WELDING MACHINE

A spot welding machine is a type of resistance welding equipment used to join two or more metal sheets together by applying heat and pressure to a small “spot.” It’s one of the most common welding processes used in manufacturing — especially in the automotive, sheet metal, and appliance industries.
Spot welding works by passing a high electric current through two overlapping pieces of metal while they are held together under pressure by electrodes. The resistance of the metal at the contact point generates localized heat, which melts and fuses the metal into a weld nugget.
